We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause your order to fail or may result in a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
We also accept payments through PayPal & Google Checkout for your convenience. |

Shipping Rates - Our rates are calculated directly through the carrier which goes by total weight & destination [zone]. You are welcome to check for yourself if our rates are in line with actual cost by going to usps.com or fedex.com. Our zip code is 34135. Please keep in mind that an 8 oz bottle of sunscreen could weigh 10-12 oz ... as 8 oz is what is INSIDE the bottle. There is a "Unit weight" next to the product on your cart. Multiply that weight by the total units purchased. The carriers use rounded up "whole pounds" so a 3 pound 6 oz package would ship at the 4 pound rate.
Special Notice: Beginning 4/2011, we now offer 1/2 the weight shipping. We have adjusted the shipping weight on all of our products to half their shipping weight. There is a ONE Pound Minimum, however, a two pound package will now ship at the one pound rate. You can see the rates next to each carrier then choose your shipping option accordingly. Please note that all Continuous Spray products must be shipped FedEx Home Delivery [our ground method].
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before Noon [EST] will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after Noon [EST] will ship the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.
If you need your order quickly, we suggest using USPS Priority [US Orders] as this method takes 2-3 days, depending upon where you are located. Fed Ex Home Delivery can take 5-7 business days. We have scheduled pickup by Fed Ex on Tuesdays & Fridays only. We never know exactly what time of day they will arrive to pick up, therefore, orders placed on Tuesdays or Fridays may not be shipped until the following scheduled pickup day. We can ship express for an additional fee but ask that you please contact us before placing your order. Due to time differences, it is not always possible to accommodate this method.
Shipping Regulations: Please be advised that we cannot ship any of the "Continuous Spray" products via air methods. These products are considered ORM-D [Other Regulated Material - Domestic] & are under pressure. These products cannot be shipped overseas or by USPS Priority within the USA. Please select FedEx Home Delivery [our ground method for shipping.]
International Shipping: We ship worldwide to most countries. We use USPS Global Priority for our international shipments which normally takes 6-10 business days. Any fees imposed by Customs is the responsiblity of the customer. Check with your local authorities prior to placing your order. Our custom rate chart [Choose "By Weight - International Only" option] is as follows: Up to 1 pound = $27.00 2 pounds = $32.00 3 pounds = $37.00 4 pound + = $42.00 [Flat Rate Box up to 10 pounds] Rates went up in January 2012, however, we did not raise our international rates. You can also choose a different option shown. This works to the advantage of our Canadian customers as some rate options are a little bit lower. Our Flat Rate Box is your best option but please keep in mind that your items MUST be able to fit into the special sized box to ship at this rate. Up to 12 [8 oz] sunscreens can fit OR 4 [20.5 oz aloe lotion] OR 6 [8 oz] sunscreens + 2 [20.5 oz aloe]. We can always squeeze in a few Lip Balms. We have many international customers who go in together with family/friends to split an order. This makes shipping more affordable when sharing the cost with a friend. If in doubt, please contact us prior to placing your order.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Barnacle Kove or other parties as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, echeck through PayPal, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

Barnacle Kove reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Shipping Regulations on Continuous Spray products require that you select Fed Ex Home Delivery [our ground method]. We reserve the right to ship using the appropriate method or to cancel items if unable to ship to your area because of shipping regulations. |

| We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by Noon [EST] , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We may be able to offer you a substitute of equal or higher value. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
We pack our boxes with care but we all know how brutal the shipping companies can be at times! So we will replace, at no cost to you, any item that arrives at your door broken or damaged. Please notify us immediately by email [sales@barnaclekove.com] regarding damaged merchandise. Damage Claims must be submitted within five [5] days from the date you received your package [as shown by delivery confirmation or tracking #]. Please make a copy of your shipping invoice for your records. On the original invoice, please circle the damaged item, include a brief description of damage, and mail the original shipping invoice to the address below. If your invoice is too messy or wet, please place it inside a ziplock bag. We cannot send replacement items until the ORIGINAL SHIPPING INVOICE is received.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase from Barnacle Kove. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price [less shipping] if items are returned in their original condition [i.e. unused, unopened, tags attached, clean, etc.] within 30 days. We reserve the right to deduct a 20% restock fee from your refund if we feel returned items have been used. Items returned after 30 days cannot be credited to your charge card. Returns beyond the 30 day grace period will receive In Store Credit Vouchers only. Please include the original shipping invoice with returned item & write a brief description of your reason for dissatisfaction.
No refunds after 60 days & All Sales Final on Clearance Merchandise. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. International customers are responsible for any & all Customs fees. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Barnacle Kove shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Barnacle Kove shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Barnacle Kove shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
