INFORMATION:
U.S. Shipping: Barnacle Kove's products will be shipped by US
Priority Mail (2-3 Days) with delivery confirmation. This service starts at $5.05
for the first pound to many states ... as little as $2.00-$3.00 per additional pound
depending upon destination as of January 2010. [See priority chart at Postal Service's
website: www.usps.com - our zip code is 34136]. We
have found that the difference between Priority & Parcel Post is minimal & we like
our customers to receive their packages quickly. We ship Priority packages daily
around 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday [excluding Holidays]. Orders placed by Noon
EST will most likely be shipped same day, although we reserve the right to a 24 hours
processing time. Remember, USPS does not deliver on Sundays or Holidays.
Please allow 5 business days for delivery. FedEx Ground is also available
& MUST be used for continuous spray products, however, rates tend to change
daily. Our shopping cart will calculate shipping before you are required to fill out
billing information, however, ship to information must be entered in order for our cart to
calculate per destination. We charge a modest $1.00 handling fee per order on
both methods so you will need to add $1.00 to the calculated shipping cost for either USPS
or Fed Ex Ground. Minimum shipping/handling charge starts at $6.05.
Large orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground (which may take longer than 3 days).
Our scheduled FedEx Ground pickups are on Tuesdays & Fridays. Express
shipping (excluding beach towels) is available upon special request for an additional
charge (depending upon weight & size of package). Because of time differences &
other circumstances, we cannot always ship overnight which is why we do not offer Express
as an option on our shopping cart. It's best to call or email before placing your
order if you want to request Express. Please keep in mind that UPS & FedEx do
not ship to PO Boxes, so you must use a physical address for delivery destination.
Once an order is completed, you will have agreed upon the shipping & handling charges
that are calculated by our shopping cart.

considered as ORM-D & cannot be shipped overseas. Packages
including Continuous Spray MUST BE Shipped via FedEx Ground.
You MUST select FedEx as shipping option ... additional charges may apply
if ground method is NOT selected. ****
Int'l Shipping: We ship outside the USA but it may take a
little longer to receive your package. We must use a method that is traceable in
order to protect our customers. In an effort to become more "International
Friendly" we now offer USPS Global Priority (6-8 days) for countries that accept
Global Priority. Flat Rate Global Priority is available, however, the products
ordered must be able to fit in the Special Flat Rate Priority Box & weigh less than 10
pounds (Example: Up to 12 sunscreens [8 oz.] can fit or up to 4
Aloe Vera Lotion 20.5 oz bottles) for a Flat Rate shipping fee of $42.00.
International handling fee is $2.00 per order & is included in the rates below.
Special handling & preparation of Customs Forms are required for international
shipments. Customer is responsible for charges incurred by Customs, if
applicable. Please check with your postal service before ordering.

Global Priority Rates:

Known countries that accept Global Priority include: Australia,
Great Britain, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Canada,
Jamaica ... Check with your postal service. Additional shipping may be charged for
countries that do not accept Global Priority.
Handling Fees: We charge a modest $1.00 Handling fee per
order for domestic destinations [International handling fee is $2.00 per order].
Shipping fees are automatically calculated by our shopping cart based on total weight of
package. U.S. deliveries include Delivery Confirmation (+ 50
cents). Why do we charge a handling fee? It helps to offset the cost
of credit card processing, packing materials, staff, etc. so that we can keep our prices
affordable. International packages require preparation of Customs Forms &
Special Handling.

does not include packaging. An 8 oz. bottle of sunscreen may weigh 10-12 oz. for

"Ship To" information ... we only ask for credit card information after you are
satisfied with your total & proceed to part II of our Checkout Process.

is a hold on shipping until the check has cleared the bank. (Usually 7-10

| SALES TAX: Sorry, all sales delivered within the State of
Florida must include 6% sales tax. There is No Tax on shipping fee. RETURN POLICY: We pack
our boxes with care but we all know how brutal the USPS can be at times! So we will
replace, at no cost to you, any item that arrives at your door broken or damaged.
Please notify us immediately by email ( sales@barnaclekove.com
) regarding damaged merchandise. Damage Claims must be
submitted within five (5) days from the date you received your package [as
shown by the Delivery Confirmation]. Please make a copy of your shipping invoice,
circle the damaged item, include a brief description of damage, and mail the original
shipping invoice to the address below. If your receipt is too messy or wet, please
place it inside a ziplock bag. We cannot send replacements until ORIGINAL SHIPPING INVOICE is received.

PLEASE NOTE: New Return Policy for Ocean Eyes sunglasses
Due to Manufacturer's requirements, any claims for damage or defects must be
mailed to Barnacle Kove. Damaged or Defective sunglasses MUST be returned with
tags attached & stickers on lens for replacement. Returned sunglasses
without tags/stickers are subject to a 20% restock fee. The Manufacturer has
demanded that we return defective sunglasses to them so that they can determine the extent
of damage/defect before issuing us credit.
Our goal is to maintain satisfied customers ...
PERIOD! Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will
refund your purchase price (less shipping) if items are returned in their original
condition (unopened/not used/tags attached, please) within 30 days.
We reserve the right to deduct 20% restock fee from your refund if we feel returned items
have been used. Items returned after 30 days cannot be credited to your charge
card. Returns beyond the 30 day grace period will receive In Store Credit
Vouchers. Please include the original shipping invoice with returned item
& write a brief description of your reason for dissatisfaction. No refunds after
60 days.
